Article 1 — Purpose

Grip Ladder & Co is committed to delivering products that match their description, including compliance with the EN131 safety standard where stated on the relevant product page.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of applicable taxes. Grip Ladder & Co reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Order
An order is confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email is automatically sent. Grip Ladder & Co reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a payment issue or stock unavailability.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy available on the website. Timeframes are given as estimates and may vary.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Return conditions are detailed in our Returns Policy available on the website.
Article 8 — Warranties
Products benefit from legal guarantees under applicable UK consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). In the event of non-conformity, the customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund of the product.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable UK law (including in relation to death, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights).
