01 Will the ladder wobble at full extension?
No. Every Grip Ladder is built with reinforced rung locking — the same mechanism at every extension point, not just the base sections. If you've used a cheaper telescopic ladder before, you'll notice the difference at the top rungs specifically.
02 What height do I need?
As a rough guide: single-storey homes typically need 3.2–3.8m, two-storey homes 4.4–5m, and taller properties or full roof access 5.6m and above. Not sure? Use our ladder finder to get a recommendation based on your exact job.
03 Will I trap my fingers closing it?
Every rung is designed to lock and release with a single controlled motion, without loose sections that can snap shut unexpectedly. It's a common complaint with budget ladders — it's one of the first things we tested for.
04 How long does delivery take?
